在Outlook添加完帐户后，出现”无法连接到服务起......处于脱机模式”该怎么解决

outlook 现在无法直接收发 hotmail 了不过可以通过别的手段嫁接一下的，有很多种方法，我是下了一个freepops 再设置了一下就可以用了 具体的做法是：
