RPC服务不能启用.

1、在"我的电脑"里的"属性"里缺了选项卡(缺的是"系统还原","自动更新","远程控制")
2、在“计算机管理”中不能开启“磁盘管理”，一点击提示是“RPC服务不能启用”
3、“防火墙”无法开启，安装软件也无法安装
