按照老外的习惯应该是

where have you being?

玩这个词在汉语当中有很多意思，就这句话而言，我觉得你想表达的意思是“你去哪里旅游/游玩”之类的意思，通常我们会说：你国庆节去哪里玩啊？

果是这个意思的话，玩这个字翻译成play就是很愚昧很可笑了。

我建议译为：
where are you going to visit?或者

where are you going to travel?
