整个活动期间,由于二年级的学生都还小,自我组织和约束能力都还很差,这就需要我们牵着他们走,告诉他们应该怎样做。我特别注重对不乖学生的工作,要实现“教无类”的教育理想,因为我相信没有教不好的学生,只有教不好的老师。上课表现好只是孩子健康成长的一个方面,不能因为上课不乖就怀疑孩子的能力,因为才能是多方面的。在我们的悉心努力下,班里的几位不乖学生上课都有了显著的进步。
