UC知道超级求救:安装程序无法运行

电脑里某些程序无法运行.刚下载的杀毒软件也装不了.
双击安装程序时提示以下字体

现在下载的东西都运行不了.好像是带exe的都运行不了.
系统还原后还是一样.重装也几个系统也解决不了问题.
求高手指点

只有重新格式化全部硬盘分区或是重新分区。其他的都解决不了。
你是进了系统重装的系统还是在DOS装的?
在策略组里面找下吧，应该有限制运行EXE的
在运行打gpedit.msc
