我认为应该选择D
这里can翻译为可以，可能。can可以表对未知事物的推测，而很多人认为它只能表肯定陈述，这是不对的。
另外，我觉得第四题选C
题中从句部分用的是某种完成时，表示的是对现在的影响和动作的延续，影响是他不被允许参加音乐会了，而延续怎样来表示呢？如果选A,那么表示的仅仅是当时的推测，而完成时说明动作已经发生完了，故选C好一些，用过去将来完成时，表示过去将要发生的动作对现在的影响。再者，若用must,则针对的对象有歧异。我觉得我的答案好些
