UC知道出来工作了,怎么样才能自学成才,我想自学英语

我现在进的是一间外资公司,公司上班什么都是英文,我一个职高毕业的,读书时跟本就没有学好英语(上课不听课,睡觉的那种),可能现在长大了,懂事了吧,才发现自已那时候真笨,不好好学好英语.哎,,,,
我现在就是想学好英语,看得懂工作方面上的技术文件,搞技术的看不懂得技术文件(英文)真的到处碰壁.大家说怎么样才能学好外语呢,从0开始应该怎样学??

1. Take evening English class if it's convenient to you unless you live in some real small town but that's quite unlikely (foreign-owned company in a small town?).
2. Stick to your goal and review your progress every now and then.
3. Get to know more and more English-speakers (people who can help you with this).
