应该用“suspect"。
翻译：
I suspect (that) she steals my knife.或者
I suspect (that) she stole my knife.
()可省略。

过去，现在词性，都可以，并非虚拟，过去式的语调在于偷了有一段时间，而现在式是刚刚偷了不久。suspect本身就是不能确定嘛。

如果用doubted，这却是虚拟，因为是在怀疑自己的怀疑啊。
