汉译英：老百姓

虽然比较俗，但应该可以吧。
另，people是集合名字，不能加S

“老百姓”通常与“达官显贵”相对而言，与所谓的“人民大众”“群众”有语体色彩上的区别，更有感情色彩的区别。从字面意思来看，“老百姓”这个词的问世与《百家姓》此书多少有些关联。通常都翻译成common/ordinary people，比如说“我一个平头老百姓怎敢告市长行贿受贿呢”就可译成Such a common one like me with no power/having no power to charge the mayor with bribery？
