ever since i launched this newsletter ,i have encountered a number of excellent opportunities for social entrpreneurial initatives .
this has been both encouraging and frustrating
encouraging-because it testifies to the need and demand for social entrepreneurs .
there are good project ideas with great potential ;
there are also plenty sources of funds to support good causes .all very encouraging .
iam abit discouraged but not deterred. the challenge is to search ,uncover,and inspire poten tial social entrpreneurs among us and match them with these ever-emerging opportunities .in short,it is headhunting with a difference .
i will start presenting some of these opportunities in this newsletter ,here is one .

开办这个时事通讯以来, 我已际遇过很多可以满足企业家需要的良机.
但这有喜亦有忧.
喜的是由此证明了此通讯是可以迎合企业家的需要的．
其中存在着颇具潜力的优良的项目理念；
同样大量存在着支持良好事业的资金源．真的很令人兴奋．
我有点气馁但没有停止．我所面临的挑战就是寻找，揭示并鼓励我们身边的企业家让他们发现并利用这些机遇．简言之，另一种形式的”猎头”．
我将在此通讯中不断呈现这样的机遇． 此为一例．
从我开始办这个时事通讯以来,我已经遇到很多很好的社会企业主动出击的机会,这对我来说既是一种鼓励也是一种挫败.
之所以说它是一种鼓励是因为此时事通讯被证实是符合社会企业家们的需求的.这本通讯里面有很多很多的很有发展潜力的企业方案,还提供了充足的资金来源来支持这些好的工程.这些都是很鼓舞人心的.
我有些失落但并不至少意志消沉.我现在面临的挑战是要有我们中间去寻找,报道和发现一些有潜力的社会企业家并且要为他们配上那些从未出现过的机会.简短而言,这是一种另类的猎人行动.
我将会开始在这本时事通讯里面刊行一些这样子的机遇,这就是其中一个.
