我现在在上高中，想要要出国该做些什么呢？

我现在读高一，英语一般。
想要出国读大学，或者高中后面出去也行~
要不要考雅思什么的？如果要考想我这样只有学校的英语基础的又应该怎么学？
还该做些其他什么准备？
越详细越好啊~

还有我想学心理学，不知道哪里的哪所大学这方面比较好呢？
