主要负责对光收发一体模块及带尾纤模块产品的性能测试工作。有专业的品质知识，熟悉AQL抽样表，QC的七大手法，ISO9000，ISO14001体系,ESD静电防护知识及5S知识.ROHS知识等。对净化车间的管理较熟悉，能熟练操作ERP及各种测试软件。对常用的测试仪器如误码仪.示波器.功率计.高温老化箱等都能进行操作。熟悉电子厂工作流程。
