怎样才能通过网页程序删除access的库里的内容

我的数据库是access的，现在希望能够有高手写段程序，能够每天自动清除数据库表中的全部信息内容。是删除掉就不要了的那种，然后再压缩数据库。数据库名称是book.asp,表名称是bookliebiao.
