我的电脑不知为什么运行很慢

以前很快的,听说是垃圾文件很多,但我不知道怎么删除,都是英文,而且有的东西还删不掉..哪位高手请告诉我该怎么弄,我是初接触这些,谢了..

建个文档.把---下面的复制下去，把后面的TXT改成BAT就变成清除垃圾文件的
