arp安装不上，请问怎么办啊？

各位高人，我使用的是校园网，总是掉线，听说必须安装ARP。可是我的机子就是装不上。安装到最后一部就弹出如下内容：
there is a problem with this windows installer package.
a program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.contact your support personnel or package vendor.
请帮忙解决。不胜感激！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

arp -s 网关 网关MAC
一条命令就行了,安装什么呀.

将下面的192.168.0.250改为你的路由地址00-14-78-e6-g6-44改为你的路由mac地址！再保存为arps.vbs文件，放到 开始--程序--启动 里面就可以了！注意不要保存为arp.vbs 不然会循环的！如果可以最好是在路由上面再绑定下!arp最好是双向绑定才能达到效果！

注：arp -a 可以看到你的路由和mac地址对应表！到时复制mac就可以了
