The goal is to develop technologies to enhance the operation capabilities of civil engineers responsible for civil engineering. It will contain the capacity for handling civil engineering databases, build a basis for civil engineering information sharing for design, construction and managements, and provide data analysis, design, and CAD to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs, and so on.
