non circumvention and non disclosure
The undersigned parties hereby agree to the ICC provisions of non circumvention and non disclosure with regard to all parties involved in this transaction. It is also agreed by the parties that any parties that any aspects relating to this transaction shall be kept strictly confidential and copies of this agreement shall not be freely distributed to parties contract, any breach of this article may result in legal action being taken by the aggrieved party. The penalty for breach of this article shall be determined by the ICC. The aggrieved party shall also be entitled to recover or legal cost they may incur, including travel for a period not exceed 5 years from the date of this agreement.

反欺诈和反泄密
关于此交易涉及的所有当事人，在下面签字的当事人同意国际商会的反欺诈和反泄密条款，也同意任何与此交易有关的当事人应当得到严格的保密，此协议的复件不得随意传给合同方（此处不太通顺）。受损害方可以对违反该条款的行为提起诉讼。本条款的违约罚金由国际商会决定。受损害方有权取得由此引发的法律成本（诉讼支出），包括该协议日期不超过5年的差旅费。
不回避和不披露
信守各方特此同意向国际刑事法庭的规定，不回避和不披露有关各方在此交易。这也是各方同意，任何党派任何方面有关这项交易应严格保密，并复制本协议，不得随意发给当事人合同，任何违反本条可能导致法律采取行动，由受害的一方。处罚违反本条所定刑。受害的一方也应有权收回或法律费用，他们可能会花费，其中包括旅行一段时间不超过5年，由日本协议。
