故障检修WSE-250、WSE-315
故 障 排 除
风机不转，数字表头无显示，无焊接输出 1． 确认空气开关完好或闭合。
2． 确认输出电缆所接电网有电。
3． 电源板上热敏电阻（四只）损坏（这种情况一般是DC24V继电器未合或触点接触不良所致）。
4． 电源板（底板）出现故障，无DC537V电压输出。
5． 控制板上的辅助电源部分出现故障
风机转，异常指示灯不亮，无高频放电“沙沙”声，“擦弧焊”也不能起弧 1． 检查机内各种接插线接触不良。
2． 控制电路问题，查找原因或与经销商联系。
3． 焊枪上的控制线断。

2． 地线断或未连接到焊接工件上。

Causes and Solutions
1.Ensure the air switch is intact or off.
2.Ensure the output cable is connected to a live power source.
3.Thermistors on the power panel (4 units) are damaged [Normally, this is due to the 24V relay broke contact or poor contact at the contact points.]
4.Failure of the power panel (bottom), no DC537 voltage output.
5.Partial failure of the auxiliary power source on the control panel.
Problems
Ventilation fan running, abnormal indicator light is off, no high frequency discharge with “sha sha” noise, arc striking not effective.
