在间接引语变直接引语中,that time可以变为now吗？

按英语的直、间接转换过程中，this和that是对应转换的，所以that time（那时）转换成this time（这时）,并且this time 与now是同义词，所以得出参考答案。
但值得注意的是，如果this/that time 表示这次／那次的含义时，就不许转换，仍保持原形式，因为此时它们并不是作时间状语。

如果是按你说的，那么这个句子就应该是：The doctor said,"I am busy this time." 而按照句意，这里的this time就相当于now
所以应该是可以的
