The only reference about a "German" airline is on code lists, I have not found anything recent on an airline this name. Instead, I found reference to a defunct Swiss airline this name that operated from 1988-93:

The airline was a result of the 1987-takeover of Genevan CTA Charter by Swissair, leaving the region without an "own" airline.
