Do是指一般现在时，did是指过去时，done是用于完成时。
现在完成时是：have/has+done
例如：I have not seen (原形：see)you for one year.
过去完成时是；had+done
例如：I had (finished )the homework before the teather asked me.
过去时：只要用谓语动词的过去式，即did.例如：The teather( asked )me to do this test yesterday.

现在完成时 has/have+过去分词

过去完成时 had+过去分词

过去时谓语用过去式
