系统盘可使用空间不要太小....
用优化大师,把开机自动启动的程序(不是系统运行程序)都停了,
卸载掉没用的程序.....
停止我用的服务..

首先，你要考虑你的电脑是不是安装了很久而没有做过系统，看你的安装程序是不是很多，如果是这样，系统变慢是由于长时间对电脑的操作而引起的垃圾文件过多，和病毒导致的结果
建议你先用杀毒软件杀毒，再用优化大师对系统进行优化就可以了

要么加个内存条
要么系统彻底清理下
多余的软件卸了
我用超级兔子
感觉不错

买个配置高的电脑。
