UC知道and和or的问题

We can't live without air and water.
上面两句为什么一个用or,一个用and，有什么道理呢？不是否定句中and变or吗？
还有这两个否定句中为什么也不用or呢？

其实英语虽然有一定的语法规律，可是最主要的还是根据意思来做到。
就像第一句We will die without air or water. 意思是：我们没有了空气或者没有了水都会死的。如果用and，就变成：我们没有了空气和水会死。所以用or的意思是只要没有一样都会死，是选择性的。而用and的话就是并列性的，没有了两样会死。其实你用and也可以啊，只是意思不一样，也没有错阿。
而第二句：We can't live without air and water.意思是：我们没有了空气和水就活不了。其实用or也是可以的，只是意思不一样，用or的意思是：我们没有了空气或者没有了水就活不了。
反正说来说去你不要老是看着语法，要根据意思来做。
用or的时候，表示缺一不可。用and时，表示包含两者。
We will die without air or water.
水或是空气，缺少任何一样，我们都会死。
We can't live without air and water.
没有了空气和水，我们就无法生存。
强调的重点不同。
这个要看句意.
or 是两者选其一
and 是两者都...
所以我们老师帮我们总结的"否定句中and变or吗"不完全正确.
We will die without air or water.
这句中的without就表示否定，故用or;
而We can't live without air and water. 有can't和without，双重否定表肯定，故用and.
We will die without air or water
此句有WITHOUT 要变换
而第二句确是用在否定句中 还有without 是不是应算肯定了呢？
第一句强调的是死亡
第二句强调的是无法生存
