Today is Tuesday. It happens to be the traditional Chinese festival-----the mid-autumn festival. In china, there is an old saying. The main idea is that even though flowers seem the same as they used to be some years ago, people and things have changed over time. Reading that saying in this special festival filled with missing, I lost myself in the memory of old days.
I can well remember that there was a time when my grandparents and many other relatives got together to celebrate this festival. I was in my hometown then and didn’t know the real meaning of mid-autumn day because I hadn’t tasted real missing. I just told many jokes and played with my sisters until I was completely exhausted.
Later, I moved here. Without a lot of relatives, we have nothing to do. We have plenty of moon cakes, yet we just took them as our breakfast instead of precious and tasty food. When I walk around the campus to appreciate the moon alone on the second mid-autum
