Pumpkin Confections (南瓜甜点)
1.Take off the skin of the pumpkin, then cut it to pieces.Steaming for minutes,until them become to mashed pumpkin.Press it after cool.
2.Put some glutinous rice power into the mashed pumpkin. Then, knead them into a ball.
3.Put the ball into some small balls. Put some bean paste into each balls.Make any shape you like.
4.Press it with the back of the knife,then put something you like into the chink,for example,jam.
5.Steaming them for minutes.
