Any waiver/extension of time respect of the delivery of any installment or part of the goods shall not be deemed to be waiver/extension of time in respect of the remaining deliveries.

对于其中一批或者部分货物交货时间的延长或让步不得视为对剩余货物交付时间的延长或让步。

任何放弃/延长时间方面提供任何分期付款或部分货物不得视为予以减免/延长时间对于剩余的交付。
