Schools often make arrangements with other institutions who offer similar programs to "teach-out" their students in lieu of giving a refund or requiring students to file a Claim for Restitution with the Department against the schools' surety.
学校之间签有的一个协议，如有一学校在学生完成学业之前关闭，学生们可以转到提供相似课程的学校，关闭的学校不用退还学生的学费或进行赔偿。
