第一部分：定义
1．0 1 “保密信息”是指所有本身应该被理所当然地认定为具有保密性的一些信息，且不包含以下情况：
（1）不是由于收到信息一方的行为或者泄秘致使公众了解此信息的。
（2）在信息批露方通过直接或者间接方式获得此信息并进行批露之前，收到信息的一方已经获得了对此信息的合法所有权。
（3）由不受保密条款限制的第三方以合法方式批露给信息接受方的。
（4）由信息收受方独立获取的信息。（此句不全，自己根据意思补了一下）
