杀毒软体与电脑硬件有冲突!建议楼主换个杀毒软件!
看样子是xp的系统吧?
试试修复以下系统文件:
打开->运行->cmd->输入sfc /scannow 来修复系统文件
需要安装光盘的!
如果问题还是存在!排除病毒和硬件的故障外,最好重装系统!
实在不行重装系统
