1，打破 我觉得用‘影响’比较好：EFFECT
2，There were no longer obvious advantages in telecom.
这里用一般将来时更好，
The telecom will be no longer dominate the industry.不在处于统治地位
4，market requirement for bandwidth and quality is higher and higher. 改为getting higher and higher
3,the downward trend of increase of new fixed-line users
改为 result in... downtrend of new fixed-line usuers.
不用THE因为不是特指；DOWNTREND可以代替烦琐的意思。
