介词后面要跟宾语,那么i don't have a practicce English with.为什么不要类?

介词后是一定要宾语的，但有时介词后看不到宾语，那是因为它后面的宾语因为句子结构的问题，使其宾语前置了。这类情况比较多的是：
带介词的动词词组作定语时。例如：
He's a very difficult person to work with.
That's an interesting topic to talk about.
定语从句中，介词后的宾语是修饰词时。例如：
Please show me which book you are interested in.
疑问句中。例如：
Who will you go with to the cinema?
have ... to do结构中。例如：
I have only three subjects to choose from.

你所给的句子就是have ...的情况，只是你的句子中似乎少了点什么。正确的句子应该是：
I don't have a friend/partner to practise English with. (我没有与之练习英语的朋友/伙伴。）

有些情况介词的宾语就是句中的某个词，在早期的语法中叫做宾语回头。
eg： I have so many babies to look after.
after 的宾语是babies
