去掉will .因为by the time 引导的是一个时间状语从句，所以用一般现在时表示将来时
for example : I will tell you the good news by the time you come here

更正：We will have learned english for 10 years by the time we graduate.
解释：by the time中time是从句的先行词，从句用一般时态表示将来时。
