1.I （主语）like（谓语） music （宾语）that I can dance to（定语从句，that在定语从句中作to的宾语）.
2.I （主语）like（谓语） music （宾语）that isn't too loud. （定语从句，that在定语从句中作主语）.
另外，在music前应该有一个定冠词the，因为这个music应该是特指的。不过在口语中也有不用的，这样用也不算错。
