1．Supported by the entry of the label in the Swiss Trademark Register(No.352316) QUALICOAT has had the international sign No.513227 registered according to the Madrid Agreement concerning the international registeration of manufacture’s symbol or trademarks.
Protection of the above-mentioned symbol therefore extends to all signatory countries of the Marid Agreement,i.e.
2. QUALICOAT shall agree to national registration of the same sign for the following countries who are not parties to the Madrid Agreement

The present Licence Agreement confers both title and obligation on the GL to utilize the above-mentioned sign by issuing authorisation to use the sign by licence to enterprises associated with the GL who do the paint coating of aluminium parts for architectural purposes.The right and obligation to grant a licence shall also apply to third parties on whom the legislation of a country may confer such title.
4.Licences may be granted only pursuant to the requirem
