如果上别的网站没有问题的话，那么就是本地的HOSTS文件被修改

打开C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc，找到hosts文件，用计事本打开复制以下内容（原来的肯定比这个要多出淘宝网相关的解析，可能使用了某些恶意流氓软件修复后的问题）：
