I want to buy a new dictionary.(改为否定句)，如何改？我看别人的回答是 I don't want to buy a new dictionary。
但是我有点糊涂了，want to do 是动词不定式啊 否定 应该是 want not to do 的形式啊？ 所以 I want not to buy a new dictionary.和

I don't want to buy a new dictionary对 不管它是什么结构 在对实意动词加否定的时候不会直接对这个动词本身加否定而是在助动词上加 所以一定是don't want to 而不是want not to
want not do 在语法上就是错误的 没有正确的例子~~
She pretended not to see 这里你要看怎么翻译了啊 你觉得到底是你没装作看见还是装作没看见呢 显然从语法来讲是后者 那么就是pretend not to see
请注意，否定句是针对主语下的谓语动词的修改，而不是词组
还比如说：I think you are a good man---I don't think you are a good man而不能说I think you are not a good man
PS:针对你想用want not to do，这种用法往往用于强烈的语气中，很少用，有这种用法，不代表会常用。但是如果你是应付中国的教育考试，就请乖乖的使用don't want

所以用don't.
否定谓语啊
还是前者对，肯定句改为否定句，一定要加助动词阿
