身体好的英语怎么说?

不用body，因为body除了指身体外，还指尸体，所以要慎用！

表示"身体好"可用: be healthy / well / fine 或：be in good health

如；
他身体好。
He is healthy / well / fine.
He is in good health.

英语里某人身体好就是说某人很健康，sb. is healthy/well等即可，不象汉语里说身体。如果用body，那就成了典型的Chinglish了。
