超级杯(Super Bowl)是美国国家美式足球联盟(National Football League, NFL)的年度冠军赛，一般是在每年1月份的最后一个或是2月份的第一个星期天举行。超级杯是比赛双方所争夺奖杯的名字，亦是比赛的名字。美式足球（亦称美式橄榄球）的奖杯多数称为“杯”。例如洛杉矶的“玫瑰杯”是每年一月一日举行的大学橄榄球比赛。举行的球场因此亦称为玫瑰杯。
第一届超级杯，旧称AFL-NFL 世界冠军赛(AFL-NFL World Championship Game)，於1月15日1967年举行，由NFL冠军与竞争对手美国美式足球联盟(American Football League, AFL)冠军来争夺「职业美式足球世界冠军(World Championship of Professional Football)」。在两个联盟於1970年合并后超级杯成为NFL的冠军赛。
