1, it depends on what kind of problem that you are going to solve, and also depends on people's personalities, some people are very responsible, they can finish their job that belongs to their responsibility wonderfully without extra pull; there are also people who are not that responsible, this kind of people usually need a lot of pull to make them do their job.

2, helping other people not only makes other people happy, but also make youself content about yourself,i like helping old people to cross the road, or tell people right directions of their definition, i also tried to send some old clothes to the students of poor area, these experiences really make me feel good about myself.
