我每天11点半睡觉``早上7点起床`坐公车去学校`每次早餐都是`一盒饺子`两条粉肠``就够拉```一个早上都是读书``到拉12点放学```坐公车回家``到家里``就吃饭```我每天都有肉吃``有时叫我妈咪买牛肉吃``有时有鱼吃``还有时有骨头汤不过是每两个星期有一两次吃``还有一碟菜...每个中午大多数都是一碟菜和一碟肉````吃饱拉就看电视玩电脑```等到2点钟`就坐公车上学拉````2点到4点半``这段时间都是读书拉```4点半到5点15分这段时间是打篮球````每次都是打到很累很累```回到家``就吃饭```饭菜和中午的没有多大分别```吃完拉``又该回学校拉``又坐公车回学校上晚自习```到拉10点种```就坐公车回家```喝一瓶牛奶``````到拉11点半``就睡觉````````然后起床````不段的循环`````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````这里就是我每天的过程`````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````我今年17岁身高1米73``我身边打球的人个个都上1米80上羡慕死我``````我4月25日生日````读高2`````````星期6一天休息```星期日```一个中午都是打球````其他时间都是``休息玩电脑```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````大家帮我看看``那里对我身高有影响````````我会改的`我会改的`我会改的.我会改的.我会改的.我会改的.我会改的```````````````````````````````````````帮帮忙```

有这么一句话不知道你听说过米有 "23 窜一窜"
有分先长后长的 但是都17岁了 还能长多少捏....不好说哦~
还是平时多多运动的好~

我175cm我都没觉得怎么样,没羡慕过别人

你的素食太少,生活太忙。最主要一点,活动量太大,对身体不好。

173cm差不多了啊,不算矮了,顺其自然吧,能在长点最好,不能长也别在意.

最好晚上10点之前睡,因为晚上10到凌晨2点是长高的黄金时段。

!!我来说吧,偶18岁了,貌似也有3年没怎么长了(大约长了3厘米)偶现在183感觉身高这个东西遗传的比较多,偶的父母比你高,但没我高;感觉我们这个年纪的空间不大了,有那么5厘米还是多说的,多运动;不要吸烟有帮助,偶这几年不爱运动了,还吸烟(上个月忌了)就不爱长了;还有熬夜也不行偶这几年1个月有半个月要熬夜唉!!!!!!!无语注意点这些应该有帮助。
