我每天11点半睡觉``早上7点起床`坐公车去学校`每次早餐都是`一盒饺子`两条粉肠``就够拉```一个早上都是读书``到拉12点放学```坐公车回家``到家里``就吃饭```我每天都有肉吃``有时叫我妈咪买牛肉吃``有时有鱼吃``还有时有骨头汤不过是每两个星期有一两次吃``还有一碟菜...每个中午大多数都是一碟菜和一碟肉````吃饱拉就看电视玩电脑```等到2点钟`就坐公车上学拉````2点到4点半``这段时间都是读书拉```4点半到5点15分这段时间是打篮球````每次都是打到很累很累```回到家``就吃饭```饭菜和中午的没有多大分别```吃完拉``又该回学校拉``又坐公车回学校上晚自习```到拉10点种```就坐公车回家```喝一瓶牛奶``````到拉11点半``就睡觉````````然后起床````不段的循环`````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````这里就是我每天的过程`````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````我今年17岁身高1米73.6``````4月25日生日````读高2`````````星期6一天休息```星期日```一个中午都是打球````其他时间都是``休息玩电脑```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````大家帮我看看``那里对我身高有影响````````我会改的`我会改的`我会改的.我会改的.我会改的.我会改的.我会改的```````````````````````````````````````帮帮忙```

首先你的运动量太少了,现在的学生也是很少运动。你的饮食还是很健康的,但是要增加运动时间,不是说很累就可以到什么效果,那只能说明你够疲劳。锻炼时间要够多,够长。不要挑食,光吃好东西也不一定长高,什么都要吃。
其次要少玩电脑,辐射对身体不很好,我现在要是不是搞计算机的,我才不想整天对着它呢。有玩电脑的时间去运动吧。长期在电脑前大大害处。

钙呢?最有助于长高的钙你没有或是很少 每天一斤牛奶纯的最好不要加糖什么的 热饮有助于吸收
菠菜中含钙量也是相当高的
