美国大学申请表怎么填？

推荐人和你的关系，一般填Professor、Teacher或者Advisor.

(3) Temporary address & Permament address该怎样填?
The permanent address填父母的地址。The temporary
address填现在的住址，比如学校，但需注明何时终止。如果你不注明，通常I-20会寄到permanent address。或者在Permanent
address处填写你现在宿舍的地址，在temporary address处填写你租用的信箱的地址。
(4) List the faculty you have contacted or expected to contact concerning
your application for admission to XXX Univ.
如果你和某个教授联系过，可以填上教授的名字，不会有坏处。对于有些学校的一些系，这项是非常重要的，需要注意。
(5) Source of Funds
如果你申请，就不需要填写这一项，或者多少填一些，也可以添$0。
(6) ETHNICITY
种族，中国学生不填。
(7) GRE Mathematical Score/Percentile
总分和百分比，例如 800/99%，
