We have several students calling in with queries about paying their accommodation fees.
Unfortunately, in the UEA Accommodation Office we are unable to help with most of
these.
Please contact the Finance Office directly with your queries about making payments,
installment amounts, setting up direct debits, delays with making payment etc.
You can e-mail your queries to debtors@uea.ac.uk or call into the Finance Office,
which is located on the Ground Floor of the Registry Building (V1) on the map
attached and is open from 09.30 to 15.30 from Monday to Friday.
Remember, most of your payment or payment arrangements (for tuition fees too) can be
made directly on e-vision (http://evision.uea.ac.uk). You can also make payments in
the Cashiers Office (in the Registry Building).
