其实都是这个意思,也还有不少翻法.其中第三种翻译是意译,因为"第一运动"的意思其实就是"最受欢迎运动".

我不赞同一楼的翻法,你的那个翻译给人的感觉好像运动还要分等级一样,足球就要高级写些,别的运动就要低级些.
