学位：degree
但是degree只限于学士学位(本科) bachelor’s degree
硕士学位(研究生) master’s degree
博士学位(博士) doctor’s degree
学历： education background
在英国很少有人用educational background

职业： occupation没错 不过也有别的说法 比如position hold, career等等
根据语言环境不同 用法不同

有毕业证没学位的话：
have certificate of graduation, but does not hold the bachelor’s degree

美国也有职业技术培训学校，一般叫 technical school 或者vocational training school

“双学位” double degree;two Bachelor’s degrees
“第二专业” 我觉得你说 “my second major is …” 就行了。
