His level of English remains a cause for concern and I am aware that he finds this problematic, it is a shame because he is a capable student, held back mainly by his level of language. However, sad though it is, his decision to drop Economics in favour of Further Mathematics is well-considered and one that I support.
I trust that Zhi Ping will sustain his good record of attendance and persevere with his English. It is a chore for him but he will need a strong [ELTS score to gain entry to a university where he will thrive. He must not aim too low!
