不能用完成时态的动词 如何用别的词替代后 再用完成时态

我知道有些瞬间意义的动词是不能用在完成时态中的,比如:
come join die become stop, get up, buy, go

如果说 I have gone there for 3 months 是错的.但可以改成
I have been there for 3 months.

请问,刚列出的那些单词可以通过什么样的方法改写,然后用完成时态呢?
如果表达,已经来了,已经加入了,已经死了,已经变得,已经停止,已经起床,已经买了 呢?

I've got here 我已经来了
I've been a member of... 我已经加入了..
sb has been dead( or killed) for ages...
It has changed into... 已经变成..
It has stopped 已经停止..
i've woken up...
I've bought ...

我用例句来说明：
They have been here for 3 days .他们已经来了3天了。
Someone who has joined/has become a member of the military.已经加入军队的人。
He has been dead for two years.他已死了两年。(这儿的“死”是形容词）。
School has made/ transformed/changed him into a mastermind.学校使他变成了一个足智多谋的人。
The company has stopped trading.公司已停止贸易。
(此句主语是公司，可以用has stopped ，若主语是贸易就不能用完成时应为：The trade was stopped.)
Having gotten out of bed.已经起床了。
I've had this watch for twenty years.这块手表我已买了20年。
