1. help 名词 need help with ....
2. lie in sth 在于.... where引导的是状语从句 有了where表地点 就不要介词了
3. ask 就是一个动词 原句补充完整为
all you need to do is (to) ask yourself quention
因为前面有动词原形do就省略了表语前面的to 即前有do后无to

help sb. with sth.
因为有where，所以lie后面不用加介词
ask sb. sth.

help名词啊，不可数
where相当于介词+地点
ask貌似是名词？结构随ask sb sth
