Last week,I had a very bad weekend.I did't feel very well.Because I had a bad cold.I coughed day and night.My mother took my temperature,found out I got a fever.So my mother took me to see a doctor.The doctor checked me over.She gave me some pills and said,“Take these pills.Two pills each time,and three times a day.You should drink lots of boiled water.You should stay in bed and have a good rest.You'd better not work too long.”After a few days,I felt better.
Now,I know,it's necessary for us to have healthy habits.I'm going to drink enough water and do morning exercises every day.I won't eat bad food and drink sour milk.If I do like this,I think I will be more healthy.
