■散分求证GRUB引导问题■

反覆看grub的相关知识,一直不是很明白.
现在我想请教各位了:

本来可以使用光盘引导启动

没有光盘的话就轮到grub

如果我把光盘(原来可引导的光盘)内容复制到硬盘

可以用grub引导到硬盘,让硬盘上的这部分内容重新起作用,就像光盘引导一样吗?

[实例]把系统安装盘拷到D:某文件夹.怎么设置grub使得可以引导重装系统?

这是论坛上的一个关于grub的引导问题:

我的小机安装了两个操作系统,每个操作系统都独立在不同的硬盘上,我想以RedHat9为主引导硬盘,grub就安装在一个硬盘的MBR上,本想用它来引导XP(NTFS分区),但它居然不认识NTFS分区,不能引导XP起动,我只好在更换系统的时候,先要进入BIOS里设置,很是麻烦,不知道是什么原因.我以前安装在同一个硬盘上的时候,grub是可以引导XP的,奇怪啊,有知道问题出在哪里的吗?

What OS did you install first?

1) Installed WindowsXP; then Installed Redhat9
2) Installed RedHat9; then installed Windows XP
3) Installed WindowsXP then disconnected the Hard Disk; then installed RedHat9
4) Installed Redhat9 then disconnected the Hard Disk; then installed WindowsXP

If situation 2) and 4), you will have to change the BIOS boot up sequence to boot different OS.
If situation 1) and 3), then maybe the wrong disk (hdX) was used in the /boot/grub/grub.conf for the WindowsXP, check it

我是先安装的XP，再在不同的硬盘上安装的RedHat9。我以前安装过一次，是先安装的XP，然后在同一硬盘上安装的RedHat9，用grub成功双引导了两个系统。现在在不同硬盘上，grub就好像不认识NTFS分区似的，不能引导XP了。
